Dr. Jeffery Lincoln

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Lincoln is a 1982 graduate of South Sumter H.S.. He received his A.A. Degree from L-SCC in Leesburg in 1988 and B.S. Degree in Biology from USF in Tampa in 1990. Dr. Lincoln completed his formal education at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX, receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic Diploma in 1994. He practiced at Bushnell Chiropractic Life Center from 1995 to 1998 before moving to the Orlando area where he practiced from 1998 to 2013.

Dr. Lincoln is glad to have returned to his hometown and looks forward to helping the people of Sumter County who suffer from: Neck and Back Pain, Headaches, Fibromyalgia, Sciatica, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and a wide variety of Muscle, Joint and Nerve Problems. He is committed to providing quality health care in a friendly, caring and compassionate environment.


Dr. Karen Lord

Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Lord has been long been committed to health, education and community. (See education and training listed below.) She takes a special interest in educating people on natural ways to obtain and maintain health using nutrition, lifestyle changes and chiropractic.

As a long time resident of Bushnell, she has been instrumental in helping the youth of the county. She has sponsored sports teams, performed sports physicals, served as a Girl Scout leader and cookie chairman, been involved in Cub Scouts and 4H and helped create educational choices for the students of the county through Sumter Christian School. In addition, Dr. Lord has been involved with the youth of her church for several years.

Dr. Lord is married to Frank Lord, a Florida native, and has one son, Bradley.

EDUCATION:

  • Chiropractic post graduate work includes training and work shops on various aspects of the clinical and practical applications of chiropractic care, including detailed training in personal injury and workman's compensation work from Dr. William Harris of Georgia, the State of Florida and the Florida Chiropractic Association; impairment rating; mua; nutrition; diagnosis; technique and others.
  • Life Chiropractic College – graduated 1982, cum laude, senior intern, member of Lambda Delta Epsilon
  • University of Detroit – graduated 1978, magna cum laude. Member of Alpha sigma Nu (honor society), recipient of Malcolm Carron education award, member of Honor/Insignis program, teaching certification grades 7-12 from state of Michigan

EXPERIENCE:

  • Over thirty years general practice (including workman's compensation, personal injury, and family practice)
  • Instructor of Clinical Sciences at Life Chiropractic College 1984-85 – prepared and tested students for clinical competency tests at beginning, mid range and exit levels
  • Various speaking engagements to groups ranging from three to 1,200
